WOMEN Sales Pros is the virtual community about women in sales with two sides: We showcase the top women sales experts together in a directory for you to find speakers, consultants, coaches and trainers. They are generous in sharing their content and expertise which supports the other side of WOMEN Sales Pros – our corporate community.
The corporate community is where we share insight about what its like to have a career in professional selling, and how to rise within a sales organization. We support companies looking to identify, recruit, hire, onboard, and promote great women into sales and sales leadership careers.
Inspiring leaders, growing revenues.
We started out as the place to find the top women sales experts because most sales conferences only had our male colleagues on the main stage. Many conference organizers would say that they didn’t know where to find great women speakers about sales. We fixed that issue.
Along the journey, many of the women in our group became role models for women moving up in their sales career. They could be more authentic and not need to clone themselves to their male counterparts.
Many of us “noticed” that not much has changed about the face of B2B sales teams throughout our own careers. In specific industries – technology, SaaS, manufacturing, distribution, utilities, telecom, and financial services – we don’t see sales teams made up of 50% women nor do we see many sales leaders who are women.
This is where we became determined to have two aspects for the WOMEN Sales Pros community – our sales expert directory and blog with top ideas on growing revenues, and also be the place to teach leaders in companies where to go and what to do to bring in more great women to their sales teams and how to identify women for sales leadership roles.
We host an annual Sales Leader Summit, go “on the road” with host companies for events about women in sales, and our experts speak at events at the request of associations, university sales programs, and corporations.
This community is the place to be if you care to see more diversity in your sales team and we’ll show you the ROI for that.
