There is no question that companies are in various stages of struggle – employee retention being at the top of the list- and the splintering of companies now 100% remote from those who require some in- office work has caused some turmoil plus a looming potential recession. Time to buckle in.
As women in sales we are working to hit our quota. As leaders we’re working to help our team hit quota. That’s priority #1.
We thought it important to remind you of all of the great sources of support now for women in sales. Choose one or two (or more) of these communities and once you get your footing secured, put your hand out to help another woman in sales. If we do that, everyone rises.
Also, post about your journey on LinkedIn or through Medium or find another way to document. You could create a book about your success to share, like our friend Tania Doub has done – with both a book about her rise in sales as well as a Planner to help your own journey. See her book and journal here.
Reach out, support these communities below, and help another woman get into sales or stay in sales this week. I’m always available through LinkedIn – make sure we are connected and send a DM. – Lori
