I get calls and emails every week from two groups – executives at companies looking to hire more women for a sales role or a sales manager (or executive) role – and from women looking to make a change because of a few different reasons.

Since I am not a recruiter – more of an introducer – I make many introductions on behalf of people in both groups.  Recently, I have been asked (3 times in 2 weeks) for job boards.

I believe the very best way to apply is through a connection, mentor, recommender, or other warm introduction. I understand that isn’t always possible, so for those cases when an intro isn’t possible,  I did some research and connected with my community on top job boards.

When it works out that a candidate I connected is a great fit, I ask that a donation is made to a women in sales program or group, or the Sales Education Foundation’s SEF Barbara Giamanco Memorial Scholarship Fund. We recently awarded $10,000 in scholarships for women in SEF recognized colleges and university sales programs.

Here are SOME ideas on where to post job openings if you are looking for more diverse candidates – most of these are not women-only sites but are places I know a lot of women in sales look. If you know of others, please let me know.

RevGenius Job Board – a newer community started by sellers for sellers and is rapidly growing. Free posting for 30 days or a featured post is $100 for 30 days.

Sales Hacker Job Board – 2,700 people follow this job listing, and is free from what I’m told. Join this free and highly beneficial community to post.

Utah Women in Sales  – many jobs are remote here since the pandemic. $159 to post a single role for 30 days, 5 jobs for 30 days is $500. more info.

National Assoc of Women Sales Professionals (NAWSP) job board – posting options from $445 for a single role for 30 days to $1500 with a dedicated email to subscriber base. Also 3 jobs and 5 jobs packages. More info.

FairyGodBoss – you can sort by sales as there are many roles here. More info

Women for Hire – many job offerings here; can search for “sales”. Post for $75 per role for 30 days. More info

Did I miss any? Drop me a note.

Next, I’ll be posting about organizations and companies that train potential sales reps where you can hire
